He was patient and accommodating when we discovered the airline lost our luggage for about a half hour. He was kind, knowledgeable, and a source of Whistler wisdom throughout our 2.5 hour transfer up to the resort. We were driven in a late model Suburban equipped with all the luxuries one could need, including a screen for the backseat with a selection of movies. I will definitely be in touch with Cold Comforts for our future transfers to Whistler!
