The Cold Comforts staff have had years of experience working for UK tour operators in Ski Resorts in Europe, Summer Resorts in Italy, Spain, Switzerland and most importantly fifteen winter seasons in Whistler.

Sophie will assist you with your reservation and help plan your stay here.

Alice
Alice originally was based out of the Whistler Office but took the move to Sydney Australia. Alice now looks after reservations for Australia and SE Asia.

Simon
Simon is operations manager and driver for our private SUV transfer service.

Our chalet staff will be happy to discuss any food preferences with you. We can also arrange earlier meals if there are young children in the group. If there is a birthday or other celebration during your groups stay please advise us prior to arrival. It is essential that you advise us if any members of the group suffer from any food allergies.
